We are currently seeking a Junior IT Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work with leading financial institutions to analyze business requirements, design tailored solutions and implement innovative lending and risk management platforms.
Support and advise clients during business requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design phases.
Provide structured, graphical modeling with our product.
Implement customer requirements such as interfaces, customizations, UI/UX flows, etc.
Work in interdisciplinary teams to generate project solutions and support system introduction (analysis, design, build, test, operation)
Conduct training measures and workshops at our clients’ premises or remote
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
Practical professional experience in working with Java (or another programming language) and relational databases.
Experience in integration or cloud architecture, and technology.
Exposure to AI-assisted development tools or agentic software development is a plus.
Experience in software solution implementation projects within the banking sector is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking & time management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines.
Willingness to travel occasionally and work directly with international clients.
Fluency in English is required; additional German proficiency would be appreciated.
