We are currently seeking to hire a highly motivated Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Mumbai team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will support us in the design and development of our products so that they meet the highest standards in terms of scalability, robustness and maintainability.
Your Challenge
Design and develop our Salesforce solutions in close coordination with product management and business stakeholders.
Support requirements analysis and grooming, identifying a pragmatic approach and balance between minimum requirements and the ideal solutions.
Design, configure and develop Salesforce solutions using declarative & programmatic tools (Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, etc.), in line with Salesforce platform best practices.
Ensure software quality by using code reviews and automated tests at various levels.
Collaborate closely with various internal & external stakeholders including product development, QA, and professional services.
Share technical knowledge, contribute to best practices, and support team members in delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Your Skills
Master/Engineering degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized university/institute.
3+ years’ experience with Salesforce.com declarative (e.g. Flows, Custom Objects, Fields, Lightning Web Builder) tool.
5+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce.com programmatic tools (e.g. Apex, Lightning Web Components, Triggers).
Demonstrated experience in enterprise-scale software product/solution development with strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Proficient ability in working with and improving an AI-driven software development process (e.g. skills, agents, commands, wikis, etc.).
Good knowledge of agile methods and tools.
Salesforce Developer certification(s), or willingness to achieve relevant certification within 12 months; is strongly preferred.
Experience in the financial services/banking industry and credit risk management is a plus.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools & frameworks (e.g. Claude Code, OpenSpec) and development of agents using the Agentforce framework would be an advantage. Experience with (Second-Generation) Package-oriented SFDX development is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking & time management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment & across all levels of the organization.
Excellent levels of English (both written & oral).
