We are currently seeking to hire a highly motivated Senior Salesforce Tester to join our Mumbai team. As a Senior Salesforce Tester, you will support us in the design and development of test plans, test strategies and tests for our products so that they meet the highest standards in terms of scalability, robustness and quality.
Your Challenge
Define, maintain, and continuously improve test plans, and strategies for our Salesforce solutions.
Improve our test automation framework in close collaboration with our development and product management teams. Support with manual testing where automation is not possible or feasible.
Support project teams in setting up their own test automation and procedures.
Monitor test execution results and quality indicators, communicate risks and provide reports on testing outcomes.
Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders including product development and professional services teams.
Your Skills
University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline from a recognized university/institute, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in software QA/testing, including strong hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications in enterprise environments.
Strong experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Playwright.
Demonstrated knowledge of software testing methodologies, SDLC, defect management, regression testing, and QA best practices.
Proficiency of tools such as Jira and Confluence. Experience testing Salesforce integrations with external applications and APIs is highly desirable.
Experience in Credit Risk, Finance, Banking, Lending, or Financial Services is a strong advantage.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools & frameworks (e.g. Claude Code, OpenSpec) is preferable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking & time management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment & across all levels of the organization.
Excellent levels of English (both written & oral).
